By installing, copying, or otherwise using ZixCorp Software Products and Secure Messaging Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of our End User License Agreement ("EULA") as contained in the software download package unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and ZixCorp. If you do not agree to the terms of our EULA, do not install or use the Software Products or use the Secure Messaging Services.

ZixCorp's Software Products and Secure Messaging Services can be obtained simply by signing and submitting a ZixCorp form of purchase order. ZixCorp's standard Terms and Conditions accompany each purchase order.
